無断キャンセルはダメ、ゼッタイ。
当たり前ですけどね、説明する必要すらないかと
美容室の経営的な話をすれば売り上げがどーのこーの、そこの予約枠のために他のお客様をお断りしたり、色々あるんですけど、
美容師からすれば普通に寂しいですよね、約束してたのにすっぽかされた感じですからね、
カチ切れる美容師もいると思います、
連絡は必ずしてください
行けないとわかった段階で連絡をする
理由はなんであれ、行けないことがわかった時点で連絡をしてもらえると美容室は非常に助かります
体調不良？お身体大切に、お大事にしてください
仕事が長引いた？遅くまでお疲れ様です
寝坊？人間ですからそんなこともあります
責めませんので、わかった時点でご連絡をお願いします
連絡は出来れば電話で
今は美容室や美容師さんに連絡を取れるツールはたくさんありますけどもね
美容業っつーのはお客様商売ですから、お客様担当中はスマホなりはあまり見れませんので、お店に電話がいいです
後日来店時のフォローがあるとお人好し
たいそうなものではありません、
「こないだはすみませんー！」
「そんな、とんでもございません、ご来店ありがとございますー！」
そんなやりとりを大事にしたいものですね
このやろーこないだはキャンセルしやがって！むかちん！なんて美容師はいませんよ

急用によるキャンセルは、もちろん致し方ないことですので特にペナルティはありませんが、
無断キャンセルをする、直前キャンセルを続けて複数回する、美容室への配慮があまりにも欠けている等、悪質だと判断された場合はペナルティを受けることもあるかと
ブラックリスト入りで出禁、キャンセル料請求などシャレにならない事態にもなりかねませんので、モラルのある行動をしたいものですね
参考にですが、ネット予約サービス最大手のHotpepperBeautyの規約ですと、同一店舗の予約に対して無断キャンセル2回でその店舗の予約が不可能に、別店舗でも合計5回の無断キャンセルによりネット予約サービス自体が使用不能になる、と厳しいペナルティが設定されております
